Massage Therapy

Sports massage is a deep tissue massage that helps with muscle tension, flexibility, and circulation. It can be used to help recover from injuries or stiff joints as well as before, during, and after training, or to relieve tension from everyday life.


Dry Needling/Western Medical Acupuncture

Dry Needling is a western, modern form of Acupuncture. It incorporates the insertion of a thin filament needle to stimulate the healing process of soft tissues (muscle, tendons and ligaments). With the aim, to improve function and reduce pain by releasing or inactivating trigger points.


Pregnancy

Our prenatal massage therapy is tailored specifically to the needs of expectant mothers. We use a combination of techniques to help reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and aid in relaxation. Areas worked include neck, arms, hands and fingers as well as the back, legs and even your toes! You will be lying on your side for maximum comfort.


Deep Oscillation Therapy

Deep Oscillation Therapy (DOT) is a non-invasive, gentle massage therapy that uses electrostatic waves to treat damaged tissue. This treatment can help reduce pain, swelling, bruising and help speed up recovery. It is also effective in treating scar tissue, including burns.
This treatment is not suitable if you have a pacemaker or other similar fitted device.
