Massage Therapy
Sports massage is a deep tissue massage that helps with muscle tension, flexibility, and circulation. It can be used to help recover from injuries or stiff joints as well as before, during, and after training, or to relieve tension from everyday life.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy helps you move better, feel better, and get back to doing the things you enjoy. It starts with a full assessment to figure out what’s going on, and then we create a treatment plan just for you. A big part of physio is hands-on therapy – things like massage, joint movements, and stretching – to ease pain, loosen things up, and get your body working the way it should. We’ll also guide you through exercises and give you tips to help you stay strong and prevent future issues. It’s all about helping you feel your best.
Deep Oscillation Therapy
Deep Oscillation Therapy (DOT) is a non-invasive, gentle massage therapy that uses electrostatic waves to treat damaged tissue. This treatment can help reduce pain, swelling, bruising and help speed up recovery. It is also effective in treating scar tissue, including burns.
This treatment is not suitable if you have a pacemaker or other similar fitted device.
MLS Therapeutic Laser Therapy
MLS Laser Therapy is non-invasive and helps to reduce pain and inflammation for musculoskeletal injuries, it is a non-pharmacological treatment that directs high energy light at the source of pain. It’s great for treating a huge range of problems including tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, wounds, bursitis, muscle tears and injuries. Laser can be used on both chronic (long term) and acute (recent) conditions.
Laser therapy involves directing light energy into inflamed or damaged tissue to accelerate the body's natural healing process. The laser is placed in direct contact with the skin which enables specific wavelengths of light to penetrate the tissue and interact with molecules within the cells to cause several biochemical effects.

Shockwave Therapy
Radial shockwave therapy is a non-surgical treatment that uses sound waves to help reduce pain and encourage healing in muscles, tendons, and joints. A handheld device is placed on the skin and delivers rapid pulses that feel like firm tapping, sending energy into the sore area. These sound waves increase blood flow, relax tight tissue, and stimulate the body’s natural repair process, which can lead to reduced pain and better movement over time. The treatment is usually brief, does not involve needles or surgery, and most people can return to normal activities right away.
Dry Needling/Western Medical Acupuncture
Dry Needling is a western, modern form of Acupuncture. It incorporates the insertion of a thin filament needle to stimulate the healing process of soft tissues (muscle, tendons and ligaments). With the aim, to improve function and reduce pain by releasing or inactivating trigger points.
Pregnancy
Our prenatal massage therapy is tailored specifically to the needs of expectant mothers. We use a combination of techniques to help reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and aid in relaxation. Areas worked include neck, arms, hands and fingers as well as the back, legs and even your toes! You will be lying on your side for maximum comfort.
Stretch
Assisted stretching is a type of flexibility training where we help you stretch your muscles. Instead of trying to stretch on your own, we will gently move your body into different positions to help you get a deeper, safer stretch.
During a session, you’ll usually lie down or sit comfortably while we support your limbs and apply controlled pressure or movement. We will use techniques to help your muscles relax, improve your range of motion, and reduce tightness.
